Lil' Diddy....

Okay it's been a month since I've updated, so I thought I'd catch everyone up a bit on the Stokes family.

Connor - Babe Ruth ended the second week of May. Woohoo although we found it difficult to find things to do Monday and Wednesday nights. Congratulations to Connor for being one of two nominated to try-out for All Stars! It was an experience. He didn't make it, he had a bad day. But that was okay because it was going to cost us $600 and the 3 tourniments were on weekends (including Sun). Then yesterday, Trent, Carson, Grandma Devlin and I attended the Block C awards program. Good Job Connor!

Haylee - Haylee's finishing up kindergarden with flying colors and is ready to start first grade already. This is going to be a long summer! Luckily I have all the kids signed up for a summer class. That'll help a lot!

Hunter - Hunter's going to start preschool in the fall (as soon as I get the paperwork turned in) and is very excited. He's growing and becoming a little less of a handfull, little being the operative word. He helps out (sometimes a little too much) and loves being a big brother! Not a day goes by where he makes us laugh. He's a very active and animated little guy.

Carson - Carson's growing by leaps and bounds. He'll be 3 months on the 16th! I can't believe it. He is a long and heavy baby. Carson's over the 95% for weight and 75% for height. I swear he's getting longer daily. It's hard to believe my baby's getting so big so fast. We've finally got sleeping without mama down, yeah! And I've had to start adding rice cereal to his bottles to keep fuller longer. I've never had to do that with the others so it's a new thing for me. He has found his hands this week and laughed at Grandpa Stokes, although I can't get him to laugh. He does love talking (cooing) and smiling.

Trent is still working at AES and is as busy as ever with that, but mainly with Boy Scouts. And I am playing mom and have done a few catering jobs. Not much in the adults lives that is very exciting, but hey one never knows...
