Uhh!!

Why is when you think you are doing what you feel is right things take a frustrating nose dive? THis family that we are trying to have rent our house are telling us one thing and then when it comes down to it say another. Both Trent and I are frustrated. They couldn't give us the deposit we wanted, so we made a deal that they could pay us a certain amount and then add the rest to monthly payments until they come up with it. They were the ones that said they could pay it and we agreed. Is renting really this difficult? I personally dont' think it should be. If you say you can move in on a certain date and have the deposit, why would you then put that deposit towards something else because another said we didn't need it on that day? When you give someone your word isn't it ethical to keep it?
