A wonderful testament

You know you are doing something right when your 8 year old expresses a feeling, you know as the spirit, directing his life. We went to a court of honor for someone in the Peachwood Ward (our old/new ward) last night. This morning Connor woke up and was getting ready to go to church with Trent (who has to be there 2 hours early) when he said, "You know Dad, when I walked into the building last night I felt good about moving here. I know this is where we're supposed to be." Trent then proceeded to tell Connor that was the spirit testifying to him that this is what we're supposed to be doing. The idea of moving has been very hard for Connor. He's leaving behind his best friend and to him it's just not fair, but with this testament from the spirit he is now okay with it.
